Wim dipped him into cold canal water as an infant. He grew up in the method before there was a method — a house where the father slept outside in winter and breathed in the living room.

Innerfire B.V. was incorporated on 4 February 2015 (KvK 62594044), owned through Hof Holding B.V., with Guided Breathing B.V. as the software subsidiary and WHM Services Unipessoal LDA operating the app and services. Enahm systematized the method into courses, the Academy (2013; international from 2016), expeditions and the app.
The voice.
He co-hosts the Wim Hof Podcast from the Stroe greenhouse, and when the app moved to a subscription model he personally answered reviews, pointing users to free YouTube sessions. He has defended his father publicly and spoken for the company on safety.
